We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt
or proof of purchase.

we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send
your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original Means of Payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.


REFUND AND RETURNS FOR ISRAELI USERS
Notwithstanding the forgoing, the following shall apply for Users in Israel:
We will allow the User to cancel their order or return the item purchased on the Website
in accordance with this refund and returns policy and the Company’s Terms, as well as
in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. We
reserve the right to change and/or update our policies from time to time without being
required to give any notice to the User.
A User who is a person with disabilities, a person aged 65 and above, or Ole Hadash,
is entitled to return the order within 4 months of receiving it, subject to the fact that the
purchase of such order included a conversation between us and the User (including via
electronic communication) and subject to presenting a certificate proving that they are a
person with disabilities, a senior citizen, or Ole Hadash.
The return of the product will be possible with the invoice attached, provided that the
product has not been used and that no defect/damage has been caused to it.
We reserve the right to claim damages in case of return of products whose value has
decreased as a result of significant deterioration in their condition while in the
possession of the User, such as returning a product that has been used, damaged,
defected, spoiled and/or suffered any injury. The User is also requested, in order to
avoid causing damage to the product, to refrain from using the product and to return it
without any defect or malfunction.

 

Cancellation of a transaction for the purchase of a product that was purchased as part
of a promotion where an additional product was purchased at a discount or as a gift is
possible provided that the User returned both products – that is, the product for which
they paid and the product for which the accompanying benefits were given.
